Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Support loan servicing activities with a focus on process improvement and compliance.
- Assist in the preparation and shipping of mortgage-related documents and files.
- Perform detailed and complex net reviews of mortgage files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established guidelines.
- Escalate non-routine issues and questions to supervisors for resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address inquiries and meet deadlines.
- Maintain thorough and organized documentation to support audit and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Loan Servicing support experience or equivalent, demonstrated through:
- Professional work experience
- Education or training
- Military service
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex tasks accurately.
- Proficiency in identifying discrepancies and ensuring compliance in financial or legal documents.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- A commitment to learning and growing within the financial services industry.
Preferred Characteristics
- Experience in mortgage processing, shipping, or compliance roles.
